Further to the discussion you had with us, we accept your application on as " " in our organization on the following terms & Condition.

You are expected to start duties on or before .

TERMS OF CONTRACT:

This contract is for a fixed term beginning on and ending on . Your contract will discontinue automatically on end date unless the Contract is extended and the same is renewed prior to the end date in writing signed by both parties.

Reporting Time: 9:00 am with 30 minutes margin for late arrivals. Disciplinary action including penalty will be levied for late coming. Work hours 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM all days of the week and if you are at client place/ any Project is being assigned then you have to work as per the rules & regulation of that organization/ Requirement/Project.

If you remain absent for 4 (Four) consecutive working days without permission / information in writing to the Management or if you proceed on leave without sanction or over-stay the sanctioned leave for 4 consecutive working days without information/prior approval, your services shall automatically come to an end. It will be presumed that you have abandoned the Contract on your own accord.

You will be responsible for safe custody of any property handed over to you by the company & its proper use. In the event if there is any loss or damage to the company’s property when the same was in your custody.

This letter does not represent or define an employer-employee relationship between Swan Solutions & Services Pvt. Ltd. & -- Mr. Mrs. Ms. . Therefore, you are not entitled to any benefits, allowance or privileges which accrue to any employee from our organization. Both the parties shall give one- month notice period to each other in writing to discontinue the services OR shall reimburse the aggravated party the one-month stipend at that prevailing time.

The Company will pay a stipend Rs. Amount/- on monthly basis (This includes all the Expenses which you may incur such as Traveling, Food, Mobile, Railway Pass, etc for discharging your duties and the Tax deductions at Source as per the applicable IT Act) after you resume your duty with Swan Solutions & Service Pvt Ltd.

Note: Your next performance review will be done 03 - 06 Months based on your satisfactory performance.

You shall not utilize or divulge to any person or persons any of Swan’s / Clients trade secrets / affairs / information. Please sign & return the duplicate copy of the letter indicating your acceptance of the above terms & conditions.
