About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Submission Executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities across Government and Private sector opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in tender documentation, bid management, compliance processes, GeM portal operations, and stakeholder coordination.

Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor GeM, CPPP, State Tender Portals, and other procurement platforms to identify relevant opportunities.
- Review tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, BOQs, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, Procurement, OEMs, and other stakeholders for bid submissions.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant tender submissions through various e-procurement portals.
Preferred Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BE/B.Tech preferred).
- Experience working with Government, PSU, BFSI, or Enterprise customers.
- Exposure to OEM and vendor coordination.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
Relevant Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Tender Submission, Bid Management, or Government Tendering.
- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal and e-procurement platforms.
- Experience handling compliance documentation, EMDs, and Bank Guarantees.
