About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, information security, data center operations, Microsoft 365, Windows Server environments, IT compliance, and business continuity.
The role requires a strong combination of System Administration, Infrastructure Management, Cybersecurity, IT Operations, and Compliance experience.

Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & System Administration
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including AD, DNS, DHCP, FTP, and other enterprise applications.
- Monitor data center operations and ensure maximum availability and uptime.
- Ensure servers and end-user devices are updated with the latest OS and security patches.
- Perform and maintain server and endpoint hardening.
- Support IT application integrations and infrastructure-related requirements.
- Assist with technology planning and infrastructure improvements.
Microsoft 365 Administration
- Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Manage services including Exchange/Email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Support user access, configuration, security, and related administrative activities.
Information Security
- Support and implement the organization’s overall information security strategy, standards, controls, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor security solutions including Next-Generation Firewalls, Web Protection, Endpoint Threat Protection, and Email ATP.
- Perform and coordinate technical risk assessments for existing and new IT services and infrastructure.
- Monitor security threats and support incident analysis and response.
- Implement preventive security measures to reduce infrastructure and cybersecurity risks.
- Support security awareness initiatives and promote security best practices across the organization.
- Responsible for supporting the implementation of the Information Security Program (IRIS).
Compliance, Audit & Risk Management
- Support compliance with applicable IT and information security requirements.
- Coordinate and support ITGC Audits.
- Manage and coordinate annual CPM and VAPT exercises with relevant partners.
- Track identified vulnerabilities and coordinate their timely closure.
- Work with internal stakeholders to improve awareness of IT and security risks.
BCP / DR & Vendor Management
- Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) activities.
- Coordinate periodic DR activities and ensure infrastructure readiness.
- Manage IT vendors for technology procurement, support, and services.
- Coordinate with external partners and service providers for technical and security-related activities.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Windows Server Administration.
- Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, FTP, and Windows infrastructure.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, including Exchange/Email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Understanding of Data Center Operations and Infrastructure Management.
- Knowledge of Next-Generation Firewalls, Endpoint Security, Web Security, and Email Security.
- Experience with server and endpoint patching and hardening.
- Understanding of VAPT, ITGC Audits, Risk Assessment, and Information Security Compliance.
- Knowledge of BCP and Disaster Recovery.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills.
- Experience coordinating with IT vendors and external technology partners.
