About the Role

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer (L1) to provide end-user support, manage IT assets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, VC devices, access control devices, and network devices.
• Handle desktop/laptop provisioning, replacement, installation, and configuration.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and IT service desk operations.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and perform asset verification.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Outlook, and user profile-related issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, and mobile device management.
• Manage Active Directory user accounts, email provisioning, and access management.
• Perform Windows patch management, endpoint security, and compliance activities.
• Provide basic network and Sophos Firewall support.
• Manage antivirus, VPN, backup, and other end-user support tools.

Preferred Educational Qualification & Skills

• Any Graduate.
• 1–2 years of experience in Desktop Support or IT Helpdesk.
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and user access management.
• Understanding of IT asset management and service desk operations.
• Basic networking and firewall administration knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
